Christina and Chip chose Florence for their destination wedding, celebrating their day at Villa Il Garofalo, a historic villa overlooking the city. The ceremony and aperitivo took place with an open view over Florence, creating a setting that felt both elegant and relaxed.

They are a truly joyful couple — easygoing, playful, and deeply connected. This energy shaped the entire day, making every moment feel spontaneous and genuine.

The event was beautifully planned by Wed In Florence, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The floral design by Mainardi brought a vibrant and colorful touch, something the bride cared about deeply, while the stationery by Stilgrafica added a refined and cohesive aesthetic.

The atmosphere was enhanced by the music of Giulio, who combined DJ, sax, and PA, alongside Lorenzo’s live strings, creating a perfect balance between elegance and celebration. The experience was completed by Delizia catering, and the story of the day was also captured on film by Alte Luci.

We spent some time in the garden for their portraits, surrounded by greenery and soft light. One of the most memorable moments came at the end of the dinner, when the traditional millefoglie cake was prepared live. Christina and Chip joined in, laughing and playing along — a perfect reflection of who they are.
